Running low on time for self-care? Some > none. Pop in for a half-hour session of specific focus work and maybe a cat nap 😴 (You'll be back for more. Your muscles told me so.)

Slow and steady Swedish massage designed for relaxing the nervous system. No frillin', just chillin'.

Reach those deeper layers of structural muscle that often cause aches, pains, and decreased range of motion. Your session includes a hot towel treatment to melt connective tissues that create tension and abnormal postural patterns.

Incorporate hot stones into a regular swedish or deep tissue session. Hot stones improve circulation, guarantee no cold hands from your therapist 🥶, and they just feel great. I'm here for it.

MLD is a light pressure massage technique that combines a few different styles of gentle skin-stretching strokes. The purpose is to encourage stagnant fluid transfer from damaged tissues to healthy lymph nodes for filtration and removal. It also promotes circulation and reduces swelling, making it ideal for post-operative care as well as treating certain injuries.

Cupping involves the use of vacuum-sealed cups on commonly used muscles to stretch the tissues and allow for better circulation and removal of toxins that cause stagnation. They can be moved around or strategically placed and left for a few minutes. This modality may feel strange at first, but I have personally used it many times to treat migraines. *A word of caution: You may look like you were attacked by an octopus after a cupping session. Worth it. 💁♀️

Not ready to be done? No problem. Ask your therapist for a little more time. (Schedule permitting) Or you can upgrade your 60-minute session to 90 minutes. *Strongly recommended for those who appreciate extra focus on scalp, hands, and/or feet.
